Want a reward for your weight loss efforts? Well here is your chance! Valley Weight Loss Clinic is accepting entries until the end of this month (August) for our Weigh To Go Weight Loss Contest. Just include the contest release form (you can get from our clinic staff), a typed story about your success through working with Valley Weight Loss Clinic and a “before” and “after” photo of your weight loss. You do NOT have to be at your goal weight to participate. Submit it to our clinic staff where stories will be posted to Facebook. Winners are selected by the most “likes” on Facebook.
The grand prize will include a Fitbit and a lifetime 30% discount for meal replacements at our store.

All about the Fitbit: Wireless Activity and Sleep Tracker

This slim, stylish device is with you all the time. During the day, it tracks steps, distance, and calories burned. At night it tracks your sleep quality and wakes you silently in the morning, Just check out the lights to see how you stack up against your personal goal. It’s the motivation you need to get out and be more active. With its easy to wear band and water resistant technology, Fitbit will become your daily companion that reminds you to keep moving.

It allows you to set a goal and uses LED lights to show how you’re stacking up. Each light represents 20% of your goal. You choose which one — steps, calories, or distance. It lights up like a scoreboard, challenging you to be more active day after day.

Sync your stats. See your progress.

Fitbit automatically syncs your data to your computer, many iOS (ipod) devices and select android smartphones without plugging in or pushing buttons.
